This Privacy Policy explains how NexaTech ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our internal social media automation tool ("the App"). The App is used solely to publish pre-approved marketing videos to our own company-owned TikTok account.

1. Who We Are

NexaTech is a business based in Nigeria. The App is a private, internal automation tool. It is not offered as a public product or service to third-party users, and no member of the public creates an account with the App.

2. What Information We Access

The App connects to TikTok using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Through this connection, the App accesses:

  • Basic profile information of the authorized TikTok account (such as display name and avatar), used only to confirm the correct account is connected.
  • An OAuth access token and refresh token, used only to authenticate API requests to publish content.

We do not access, collect, or store information belonging to any TikTok user other than the business account we own and operate.

3. What We Do Not Collect

The App does not have a public-facing website with visitors, does not use cookies or tracking technologies, and does not collect personal data from any third party. We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact details from TikTok users through this integration.

4. How We Use the Information

The information described above is used exclusively to:

  • Authenticate our automation tool with our own TikTok account.
  • Publish pre-approved marketing videos to that account on a scheduled basis.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party, advertiser, or data broker.

5. Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens are stored securely within our automation platform and are accessible only to authorized NexaTech personnel. We take reasonable technical measures to protect this information from unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention

Tokens and account connection details are retained only for as long as the App remains connected to our TikTok account. If we disconnect the integration, associated tokens are deleted or revoked.

7. Third-Party Services

The App interacts only with TikTok's official APIs. Any data handled through this integration is also subject to TikTok's own Privacy Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is an internal business tool and is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, children under the age of 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
